Redhot Cookies revegging in flower

Hello, I’ve already posted this question in another thread—sorry, I’m still finding my way around here, hehe. I’m having some trouble with a "Red Hot Cookies" plant grown in living soil, using an AutoPot "Tray2Grow" system and ~250–300W of light (at ~800 PPFD). The buds have stopped swelling, and small, dark-green leaf tips are emerging from within the flowers. Day 30 of flowering (Day 30F). (Left: Red Hot Cookies; Right: Papaya Zoap)

The plants are looking good, at least from a distance. I already replied in the other thread, check it out when possible and we'll take it from there.
