Hi i have two of the Girls in Flower and they are close to the finish line but the Trichomes have only stems without Heads. Is this a Strain speciality or is it a failure?
i send you pictures the 1. is the Environment Temp/Hum and a Jack47XlAuto and the others showing the MandarineZXlAuto.
Does she have smaller Trichomeheads then the allmost the most sativas had?!?

Hey!

Welcome to the forum and thanks for joining!

It's not easy to evaluate with the photos you shared, but I would say some seem to have a head and only the trichomes on the leaves are visible. These leaves are medium sized and usually they don't hold the best formed trichomes. If you could have a better close up to the calyxes and the smaller leaves that sorround the calyxes, it would be great.

Although I understand that you can see them yourself and comparing with the other trichomes you are used to have, you notice a difference. That's not a trait from this strain, quite the opposite, it's a great big-headed trichome producer. Environmental features or an odd phenotype could be an explanation, among others.

Let us know and we'll take it from there. Sweet smokes!
