Thanks for your message and for the photos.

 

If it is only in the lower leaves (as it appears to be in the photos), then it can be due to water drops left on these leaves that after getting in contact with the soil tend to rotten and acquire that appearance. If it would be the case, you don't need to worry because all the other leaves will keep in a good shape an appearance. But, if it affects other leaves, it can be a case of magnesium deficiency, so you should try to give them a product called CalMag until you see the problem solved.

 

It could also be a problem of overfertilization but we would need to know about your feeding habits to get a better idea.

 

If you want you can register in this forum and we will further discuss this issue with you. If so, please leave us a couple more photos with a overall view of all the plants so that we can compare these with all the other plants.
