Website hacked?

Bought seeds from shop Monday and payed by bank transfer. Now today I get email that website was hacked and I should cancel payment and pay to other bank?? First of contacted bank and payment already went through and can not cancel. And second how do I know that isn't the hack now? So I should pay 2times because you're shop got hacked? 64€ allot of money for some people...

Does anybody know more about this and how to move on now?

I already talked with my colleagues and they say that they have a client with the same amount of order (64 euros) that they already contacted. It might be you but it could be a coincidence... if so, please send me your details (name, phone number and order number) to email edited

 

Seems like there have been some issues and we are working on solving them. Please don't worry, we will solve it and you'll be good with your order. Unfortunately in situations like this there's people who take the opportunity to damage others reputation and try to get something. On our side, we already raised even more our security measures and we have already presented a complaint to the authorities.

Just to confirm that I already got your email, thanks. I sent it to my colleague from the online shop who is dealing with this issue. If you don't get contacted within the next 5 hours, please inform me.

 

Everything will be fine. As far as I can see you only payed to us, so you are not going to loose any money and you will get your order.

Thx for fast responding send you all information i got . Understand that its not your fault some people hack your site . And last thing I want to help in is to give bad reputation, cause I love you're product never failed me .
