Hi!

 

Thanks for the photos. It looks like the plant has some sort of disease or virus, much more than a genetic mutation. Search for "hemp streak virus" at google and see if you find any similarities with the photos you find and your situation. If so, you better give up on the plant because it can contaminate the other plants.

 

Are all the other plants ok? Can you share with us a photo of all the plants?
